Refund Policy

We take immense care in preparing your pieces for their journey to you.

Small homewares are collected from our warehouse.

For large furniture, please allow 5–7 business days to coordinate specialist transport.

The "Peninsula Local" Rate: We offer a flat-rate delivery fee for our neighbours on the Mornington Peninsula $200 p/hr.

Due to the size and value of our furniture, we use professional furniture removalists rather than standard couriers. This ensures your purchase arrives without a scratch.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our collection is highly curated and often includes limited-run or artisan pieces, please choose carefully.

In the rare event an item arrives damaged, please notify us at halo@bijastore.com.au within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund.

Many of our pieces use organic materials (timber, stone, natural & hand-woven fibers).

Please note that variations in grain, texture, and colour are not considered flaws, but rather the unique "fingerprint" of the piece.
