We take immense care in preparing your pieces for their journey to you.

​Because our collection is highly curated and often includes limited-run or artisan pieces, please choose carefully.

In the rare event an item arrives damaged, please notify us at halo@bijastore.com.au  within 48 hours of delivery with:

• your order number

• photographs of the item

• photographs of the packaging

We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Many of our pieces use organic materials (timber, stone, natural & hand-woven fibers) and variations in grain, texture, and colour are not considered flaws, but rather the unique "fingerprint" of the piece.
