Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days of purchase.

We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier partners.  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and delivery location.  Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• New South Wales & ACT2–4 business days

• South Australia2–5 business days

• Queensland3–6 business days

• Tasmania3–6 business days

• Western Australia5–8 business days

• Northern Territory5–10 business days

​Furniture & Oversized Items

​Larger furniture pieces are shipped via specialist furniture carriers.  Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and courier availability. We'll contact you with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Local Collection

​Local collection is available from Dromana, Victoria by appointment.  You'll receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

Authority to Leave

​If you select Authority to Leave, your parcel may be left in a safe location at the delivery address.  Bija cannot accept responsibility for parcels once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.

 

​Tracking

​Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey.
